Creative Process

Every wedding film is a unique artistic creation. Angelica Therese Films maintains full creative control over the storytelling, editing style, pacing, music selection, and final delivery of each film. While client preferences and meaningful details are always considered, the final creative decisions remain with the filmmaker to ensure the film reflects an intentional and cohesive vision.

Film Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be outlined in your contract. While every effort is made to deliver films within the stated timeframe, timelines may vary due to circumstances such as editing workload, revisions, technical issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Angelica Therese Films retains copyright ownership of all footage and completed films. Clients receive a personal viewing license for their wedding film and may share it for personal use. Commercial use, alteration, resale, or distribution of the footage without written permission is prohibited.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Angelica Therese Films reserves the right to use portions of wedding footage, photographs, and completed films for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
