I highly recommend adding one if your celebration spans multiple locations, takes place at a large venue, includes a large guest count, has a tight timeline with overlapping events, or if you'd like multiple perspectives during key moments like the ceremony, first look, and speeches.

01. Inquire
The journey begins when you reach out through my inquiry form! I'll review your wedding details, check my availability for your date, and personally connect with you to confirm availability and answer any initial questions.
02. Discovery Call
We'll hop on a video call to get to know each other! This is a chance for us to chat about your wedding vision, what matters most to you, and how you want your day to be remembered. I'll walk you through the process, answer any questions, and make sure we're the right fit before moving forward.
03. Secure Your Date
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your proposal and contract. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the 30% non-refundable retainer is paid. This secures your wedding date exclusively for you and allows us to begin the planning process together.
04. Wedding Questionnaire
After booking, I'll send over a thoughtful questionnaire to learn more about you both as a couple. This is where I get to hear your story, how you met, what makes your relationship unique, and the moments that matter most to you. Getting to know you beyond just the wedding day allows me to create a film that feels personal, meaningful, and true to your love story.
05. Timeline Call
About 2-3 weeks before your wedding, we'll schedule a timeline call to go over the flow of your day, logistics, and any final details. This is a chance for us to connect before the wedding, make sure I have everything I need, and discuss the moments that are most meaningful for you so I can be fully prepared to capture your day beautifully.
06. wedding day
The day you've been waiting for is finally here! I'll be there to document your wedding as it naturally unfolds—from the big emotional moments to the quiet in-between memories. My goal is to capture the true feeling of your day while allowing you to stay fully present.
07. EDITING & Delivery
After your wedding day, I'll carefully edit your footage into a meaningful film that captures the emotions, moments, and story of your day. Your contract allows up to 120 days for delivery, but most films are completed within 10–12 weeks depending on my current workload and wedding season.
You'll receive your finished films through a beautiful online gallery where you can watch, download, and share them with your loved ones.

To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day.
I take great care in crafting each wedding film, ensuring it's the best possible. This involves dedicated time for selecting the perfect music and meticulous editing. Films are typically delivered within 10-12 weeks. Rest assured, all films are delivered within 120 days of your event date.
While I love hearing about your vision and the feeling you want your film to capture, the final creative decisions — including the storytelling, editing style, pacing, and music selection — remain with me. Your wedding film is an artistic representation of your day, and trusting my process allows me to create something authentic, emotional, and timeless that truly reflects your story.
I’m based in North Carolina and frequently travel for weddings! Travel within the mainland United States is included in all packages.
At this time, I’m not accepting international weddings and I am currently booking weddings within the United States only. While I’m not yet booking weddings in Canada, I’m in the process of relocating there and finalizing my ability to legally work there. Once I’m able to accept weddings there, I’ll be sure to share the update on my website and Instagram!
Yes, I carry general liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance, I’m happy to provide a certificate upon request.
I film an average of 15 weddings annually. To ensure each couple receives my full attention and service, I limit the number of weddings I take on.
Once you send an inquiry, I’ll personally review your details and get back to you with my availability, collections, and next steps. If your date is open, we’ll set up a time to connect and chat more about your vision, your plans, and what matters most to you. From there, I’ll guide you through the booking process so everything feels simple, seamless, and stress-free — allowing you to focus on enjoying the season leading up to your wedding day.
